Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place fish on a broiler pan; coat with cooking spray and sprinkle with 1/8 tea spoon pepper. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  3. Combine sour cream and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
  4. Place salmon on individual serving plates. Spoon sauce over fish.
